Known Issues

If you are having problems signing in to the site, here are some known issues and their possible resolutions for you to try.
 

Stays on Home Page

If you attempt to sign in and go to your 'My Numerology' page, but the browser keeps sending you back to the home page, even though your Link display at the bottom shows the 'my_numerology.php' page, then you may have an expired cookies / secure url page problem.
 
Try closing the browser, and then opening it again and browsing back to the Numerology 4 You site, and then trying the 'My Numerology' page link again. This will frequently solve this problem.
 

Cookies being Deleted

Frequently, your internet security software will delete cookies from sites that are not 'approved' or white listed in the software. Due to the structure of the web site, you need to set your security package to white list our url in order to support saving your logon id and password. The URL to save is:

Cookies Damaged

Sometimes, due to network glitches, your user id and or password cookies will be corrupted. Use this option when you are unable to log on to the web site, and nothing else listed above fits your problem. The link below will clear your cookies and route you to the Sign in page.

Password Lost / Forgotten

The site initially establishes a password for you, which is emailed to you to allow you to use the site. Also, if you lose your password, the site is able to email you your password upon request. For this to work, you need to approve / white list the sending email address used by the site to allow these emails through.
